Why it matters

Government data is public in theory and inaccessible in practice — buried in PDFs and unsearchable audio. We close that gap with AI, and we keep every answer tethered to a verifiable primary source so it can be trusted, cited, and checked.

Free for the public. Built to power professional work.

The public web interface is, and will remain, free and open. For the professionals who use it all day, we're building paid tiers around the same trusted, cited corpus.

Today
Open public access. Browse, search, and ask the AI assistant — no account, no paywall.
Building
Pro. Saved research, alerts on new testimony, and higher-volume AI for lawyers, lobbyists, and newsrooms.
Building
API. Programmatic, licensed access to the transcript corpus and AI for firms and platforms that build on top of it.

An Alaska company, built around the Alaska public record.

Alaska Intelligence, LLC is a Girdwood, Alaska company founded in 2025 by Cody Rice. We build AI-powered civic-transparency tools from public government data — starting with the most complete searchable archive of the Alaska State Legislature ever assembled.

Government produces an enormous amount of public information: legislative testimony, tax records, energy filings, fifty years of pipeline studies. Most of it is technically public but practically unreachable. Our mission is to make that record genuinely usable — searchable, answerable, and always traceable back to the source.

We are a product company building durable infrastructure for civic transparency, with a clear path from a free public good to sustainable, professional-grade tools.

See the public record, clearly.
